SANTA ANA – The Santa Ana Police Officers Association has a strong commitment to the youth in the community. This program identifies outstanding Santa Ana Unified School District college-bound graduating high school seniors.

The scholarships are merit-based and intended to help the leaders of tomorrow defray their costs for higher education.  Today, the SAPOA awarded six $1000 scholarships for 2017.

“The Santa Ana Police Officers Association has awarded 74,000 dollars over the past ten years to students of the Santa Ana Unified School District to assist the future leaders of our community for higher education,” said SAPOA President Gerry Serrano.

Congratulations! From the SAPOA Board of Directors.
